Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi-site training operation and budgets.
• Knowledge of grants and grant audits.
• Experience working with or within law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutorily mandated municipal police training delivery statewide.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear timelines and measures.
• Lead recruitment and retention of qualified instructors and staff.
• Manage training program budgets and resources.
• Represent the Training Bureau in external meetings and advisory groups.
• Ensure training quality, standardization, and compliance with standards.
