Job summary

WASHINGTON MANAGEMENT SERVICE seeks a Behavioral Health - Program Supervisor in Olympia, WA. This is a full-time, hybrid position with telework options and in-office requirements during onboarding.

The role leads statewide behavioral health strategies within the SESP Division and coordinates with OSPI, ESDs, and community partners to implement MTSS-aligned supports for students. Responsibilities include policy guidance, technical assistance, and managing statewide contracts and reports to

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of school-based behavioral health, youth behavioral health, suicide prevention, emotional/behavioral distress response, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the division’s strategic systems-level lead for school-based behavioral health across OSPI, ESDs, districts, Tribes, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain practical behavioral health guidance, tools, templates, FAQs, timelines, training materials, modules, and web resources for districts and partners.
• Lead district data communications and reporting for behavioral health data collections, including relevant RCW requirements.
