Job summary

Department of Economic Security seeks an Agriculture and Foreign Labor Specialist to deliver Foreign Labor Certification programs across Arizona. The role involves outreach, housing inspections, field visits, and coordination with employers and workers.

Responsibilities include wage surveys, recordkeeping, complaint handling, and collaboration with state and federal partners. The position supports H-2A and H-2B programs and requires adaptability to field conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel and conduct outreach events, housing inspections, field checks, orientations, and employer meetings across Arizona.
• Conduct Agricultural Prevailing Wage and Practice Surveys statewide.
• Maintain records and reports for reporting to the Department of Labor or enforcement agencies.
• Handle complaints and promote ARS recruitment for domestic Farmworkers.
• Support program coordination for Foreign Labor Certification activities.
