Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) seeks an Agriculture and Foreign Labor Specialist to administer Foreign Labor Certification statewide, including H-2A/H-2B programs. The role involves outreach, housing inspections, and employer engagement across Arizona, adhering to DOL rules and leveraging lean management principles.

The position supports the Workforce Development Administration and works with diverse communities, requiring field travel and occasional virtual contacts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel and conduct outreach events and meetings statewide.
• Perform Agricultural Prevailing Wage and Practice Surveys across Arizona.
• Maintain records and reports for labor agencies.
• Assist in recruitment for Agricultural and H-2A/H-2B programs.
• Support coordination with state labor offices and program administrators.
• Other duties as assigned.
