Job summary

My3tech is seeking an Adolescent Health Program Coordinator to provide statewide leadership for adolescent health initiatives in Tennessee. The role leads planning, implementation, and evaluation with partners across schools, healthcare providers, and youth-serving organizations.

The position oversees the Adolescent Health Strategic Plan, builds partnerships, manages grants, and supports data-driven decisions to improve youth health outcomes in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading statewide initiatives, grants, or public health programs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and technical writing.
• Experience with grant writing, grant management, program planning, and evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of Tennessee's Adolescent Health Strategic Plan.
• Provide statewide leadership for adolescent health initiatives across Tennessee.
• Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate adolescent health programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation of the Sources of Strength suicide prevention program in Tennessee with schools and partners.
• Lead the statewide implementation of Screenagers: Under the Influence, including planning and reporting.
