Job summary

Software Technology, Inc. seeks a Public Health Program Director in Nashville to lead Tennessee’s Adolescent Health Strategic Plan. You will partner with schools, providers, and community organizations to advance youth health outcomes, coordinate statewide initiatives, and manage grants and data-informed strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of the Adolescent Health Strategic Plan for Tennessee.
• Provide statewide leadership for adolescent health initiatives across the state.
• Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate adolescent health programs.
• Coordinate Sources of Strength suicide prevention program with schools and partners.
• Lead statewide Screen agents: Under the Influence implementation and reporting.
• Support TNGen youth leadership activities and federal reporting requirements.
• Coordinate youth engagement strategies and advisory groups.
• Serve as Social Emotional Well-Being lead for MCHBG priority area.
• Build partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and youth-serving orgs.
• Identify emerging needs and implement strategies for adolescent health.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and consultation.
• Monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and drive improvements.
• Develop grant applications and required state/federal reports.
• Represent TDH on statewide and national committees and workgroups.
