Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC seeks an Adolescent Health Program Coordinator to provide statewide leadership for Tennessee youth health initiatives, guiding planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in adolescent health, public health, or program management.
• Experience with strategic planning, grant management, evaluation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide adolescent health strategic plans and initiatives.
• Manage programs from planning through evaluation with partners.
• Coordinate youth-focused programs, including suicide prevention and healthy technology-use.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, providers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate youth advisory groups and engagement activities.
• Incorporate youth perspectives into planning and evaluation.
• Support maternal and child health initiatives related to social and emotional well-being.
• Identify emerging needs and develop strategies for positive youth development.
