Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Paraprofessionals to support K-12 schools on Staten Island during standard school hours (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). This temporary role offers meaningful work assisting students in classroom settings and maintaining routines.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, school-based experience, and the ability to obtain NYC DOE fingerprints. Reliable transportation and a paraprofessional certification or a letter of recommendation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned.
• Establish and maintains order in the classroom for effective learning.
• Cooperate with school personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in any public setting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
