Job summary

The Agency of Transportation seeks a Buildings Project Manager I to assist the Facilities Section with construction project management and major maintenance of state transportation facilities, train stations, and airports. The role requires gathering building information and coordinating with contractors statewide, with significant travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Associate's degree in related field plus 2+ years of project management/construction experience.
• Or 6+ years of experience in engineering, architecture, construction management, or construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather building information and conduct site visits.
• Document findings and evaluate structural conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors statewide.
• Travel across a designated geographic region as required.
