Job summary

The State of North Carolina's Division of Parks and Recreation seeks a Community Planner II to lead master planning for 15 state trails and coordinate regional trail planning across the state. You will work with the trails program, natural resources, land acquisition and operations staff to implement trail planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate regional trail planning to create a seamless system.
  • Represent the program on statewide trail planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with trails, natural resources, land acquisition and operations staff.
  • Support program activities including pre- and post-application reviews and reporting.
