Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Planning Project Manager to join our North Carolina team ( Raleigh, Charlotte, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Wilmington ). You will lead transportation planning projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Preferred qualifications include a PE license or AICP certification. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7 years of experience, and at least 2 years of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with various design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation planning and environmental projects.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and quality of products.
• Coordinate with regional offices and multiple agencies; oversee teams.
