Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, approves, and signs off on major, minor, and exempt subdivision plats.
  • May review, approve, and sign off on zoning use permits.
  • Reviews building permits and ensures compliance with ordinances.
  • Prepares amendments and draft language for zoning and subdivision ordinances.
  • Responds to questions via phone, email, walk-ins, and feasibility meetings.
  • Coordinates GIS mapping projects and supports planning research.
  • Collaborates on watershed/impervious regulations and staff reports.
