Job summary

Whispering Hills Care Center is seeking a Night Shift STNA dedicated to providing the best care for residents. You will work under supervision of a licensed nurse and support the wellbeing of residents through essential ADL assistance, safety-focused care, and timely documentation.

Qualifications include an active STNA certification in OH; experience is preferred but not required. The role offers a course of night shifts with beneficial PTO and health/dental/vision coverage for employees.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents safely and comfortably under a licensed nurse.
• Perform duties per facility and Federal/State standards.
• Assist RNs and LPNs.

• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and records.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A STNA:

• Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and LPNs
• Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA:

• Must have an active Certification as a STNA in the state of OH
• Experience preferred, not required
