Park View Care Center is hiring STNAs in Edgerton, OH, to provide compassionate, resident-centered care under licensed nurses. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and contribute to a home-like environment.

The facility offers competitive wages, multiple health plan options after 60 days (FT only), a 401(k) plan, tuition assistance, and a Daily Pay program. OH STNA registry required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Valid STNA certification (state requirements).
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and caring attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Must be able to speak/read/understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trust with residents and families.
• Monitor and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Record vital signs and intake/output accurately.
• Support nursing staff during treatments and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and share information with the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings and training.

Position Summary:

Park View Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.

As an STNA at Park View, you’ll provide individualized, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
• Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program
• Valid STNA certification (meeting state and federal requirements)
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet physical demands of the position
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safe resident care
