Graceworks Lutheran Services is seeking a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) at Bethany Village in Centerville, OH. The role covers care across assisted living, rehab, long-term care and memory care, with an emphasis on comfort and resident independence.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents as part of a supportive team. Evening shift and other options available; compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience and schedule, with full-time, part-time, and PRN

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State Tested Nurse Aide certification required.
• 18 years of age or older and ability to pass a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen may be required.

Position description:
We’re looking for a full and part time State Tested Nurse Aides. This position is great for STNAs, CNAs, nursing assistants, and nursing students. We have options including assisted living, rehab, long term care, and memory care. The goal is to help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. What you'll find, however, is that you end up forming relationships with the people you help that go far beyond "work" and end up feeling like family. Many of our STNA's call it the most fulfilling job they've ever done.

Compensation: $19.00 - 25.00 / hour - (based on experience and schedule)

Full time and Part time – Multiple shifts available including PRN opportunities

Evening shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

What will you do as a State Tested Nurse Aide?

• Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety.
• Document all care provided in the resident’s record in a timely manner
• Treat residents, guests, and coworkers with courtesy and genuine care

Qualifications:Due to our federal funding, we are a drug free workplace (including marijuana). A pre‑employment drug screen is required for all positions.
