Griswold Home Care for Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties is seeking dedicated STNAs, CNAs, and experienced caregivers to join our team in Cleveland, OH, serving Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. You will provide one‑on‑one care in clients’ homes, helping maintain independence and quality of life.

The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive local office, and meaningful caregiver relationships with clients. Prior caregiving experience and empathy are highly valued, with preferred STNA/CNA certification

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to pass Ohio BCI background check.
• Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with chronic conditions, illnesses, injuries, or mobility challenges.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided.
• Assist with transportation, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Compensation
