Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Elyria, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide daily nursing care to residents, supporting comfort and safety on a 6am-2pm shift. Join a patient-centered team in a well-established provider with a broad network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in line with laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Join an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively.
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates and vendors.

Live the Mission

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time.

6am-2pm CNA position available. $1/ hour shift diff, $1/ hour attendance bonus on top of base pay.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved STNA program


• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.


• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred


• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
