Heritagespring is seeking state tested nursing aides (STNA) for full-time and part-time day shifts at our skilled nursing facility in Ohio. The role provides direct care to residents, supports families, and contributes to high-quality care delivery in a state-of-the-art setting.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.50 per hour depending on experience and licensure, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay is available after shifts, offering fast access to earnings.

• Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
• Documents care in the electronic medical record.
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans.

Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time Positions for Day Shift. Come join our team as a state tested nurse aide at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process

Pay $17.00 to $21.50 an hour based on years of experience, licensure. On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!
