Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (STNA) for our Oregon, Ohio location. You will provide basic patient care under nursing supervision, assisting with daily living activities and care plan execution.

Shifts are 8 hours long (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM). We offer full-time and part-time roles with Daily Pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and strong employee benefits including a 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff direction.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients and changing linens.

Responsibilities

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,


• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,


• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,


• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,


• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,


• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,


• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
