Role Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision.
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens.
• Ensure residents' medical needs are addressed.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and provide physical support.
• Ensure proper nutrition based on care plans.
• Record vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration.
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, and physicians regarding patient condition and treatment.
• Observe and examine patients for symptoms requiring medical attention.
• Report observations and patient behavior to nurses.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State tested Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
