Job summary

Patriot Enterprises seeks a dedicated SOS Coordinator to support Army National Guard families and survivors. You will be the main point of contact, providing information, referrals and non-clinical support while coordinating with CAOs, CACs and ACS teams across the state. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The role requires empathy, ability to navigate benefits (VA, TRICARE, education) and a willingness to travel within the state; background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for assistance
• Meet Survivors in person or via remote means during transitions
• Provide information on ARNG programs and benefits
• Liaise with civilian and military service providers; coordinate relationships
• Coordinate referrals for financial assistance
• Create SOS program slides for trainings and serve as central POC
• Maintain and expand directory of resources for families/survivors
• Coordinate with CAC Benefit Coordinator and ACS Support Coordinators
• Provide data and reports for SOS mission requirements
• Prepare Monthly Workload Reports to GTM by the 10th of each month
