Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and assign work, evaluate performance, and handle selections.
• Lead resource conservation planning, biology, and plant science specialists statewide.
• Provide training on data use for broad planning activities.
• Participate in program appraisals and ecological disciplines assessments.
• Coordinate plant-science trials to inform practice specifications.
• Assist in developing and implementing the State Business Plan for conservation programs.
• Manage staff resources and long/short-range scheduling.
