State Reporting Manager – Staff Reporting

Position Overview
The Staff State Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the design and execution of the staff state reporting program across four states at IDEA Public Schools. The Manager ensures the accuracy and integrity of staff data elements within Tyler Munis ERP across all states IDEA operates in. They will design, implement, and improve processes, systems, and internal reporting to empower stakeholders to own state reporting data elements. The Staff State Reporting Manager reports to the Director of State Reporting.
Location: This is a full-time position with remote or in-person options based in Texas, with some travel within Texas and other IDEA regions such as Florida and Ohio. Preference is given to candidates residing in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or those willing to relocate.

Drive 100% data integrity of state reportable staff information by developing tools, improving processes, and increasing visibility.
Develop, maintain, and review documentation and project management tools to ensure business continuity.
Provide excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits: Salaries typically range from $74,700 to $87,100, depending on experience and qualifications, aligned with internal equity. The role is eligible for performance pay based on organizational goals.
