Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years health or social services program administration, or
• Master's degree with 1+ year health or social services program administration.
• Required: Team lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, management, and performance of State Plan Services/Programs.
• Lead policy development for state plan services and supervise Policy Analyst staff.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with federal and state mandates.
• Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
