Job summary

Capitol Bridge seeks a Project Manager for the SC DHHS Medicaid support services contract in Columbia, SC. You will provide strategic leadership, plan proactively, and coordinate between SC DHHS, Capitol Bridge leadership, operations, and frontline teams to deliver results.

You will shape project stability, manage priorities, and maintain team engagement while ensuring contractual requirements are met. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project, program, or operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple departments.
• Government contracting, Medicaid, healthcare, or state government experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and day-to-day operations of the Medicaid support services contract with SC DHHS.
• Be a proactive planner, identify gaps, and develop actionable solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams across functions.
• Maintain engagement, clarity, accountability, and morale for the project team.
• Anticipate client decisions and operational changes to guide program stabilization.
