Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Manager to join its State and Local Government practice, specializing in workforce development modernization. You will lead client engagements focused on labor exchange systems, workforce case management transformation, and service delivery improvement for state workforce agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5+ years in consulting, public sector operations, or workforce program delivery.
• Deep understanding of WIOA Title I and Wagner-Peyser program administration and reporting requirements.
• Direct experience with state workforce agencies or labor exchange modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal workforce legislation and state program administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workforce development modernization engagements for state agencies.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases to leadership.
• Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• Support business development including proposals and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with state agency clients and industry partners.
