Qualificações

• CPA and strong tax accounting knowledge with corporate returns.
• Experience with U.S. state and local tax; public company exposure preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience at Big-4 or multinational corporation advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify US state & local tax issues for new initiatives.
• Research state and local income tax issues.
• Prepare detailed written tax guidance for new projects.
• Manage analysis and documentation of tax implications.
• Research and analyze tax planning ideas for U.S. income tax reporting.
• Keep up-to-date on tax law and organizational impact.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Handle special projects as needed.
