The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and capable of solving routine and complex construction problems while advancing projects. The role involves reading electrical drawings, installing cable trays, performing control wiring, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current WA and OR Journeyman license.
• 5–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Install, maintain, and work with cable tray systems and cabling.
• Perform control wiring and terminations with accuracy and quality.
• Complete required project documentation and field reports.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Assist with planning and layout of daily electrical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
