State Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electrician

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled State Licensed Industrial Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 5–10 years of experience. The candidate should be detail‑oriented, organized, self‑motivated and able to think out‑of‑the‑box to solve both routine and complex construction problems while driving projects forward.

Preferred experience includes heavy civil projects such as work around bridges, structural concrete, mechanical equipment installation, heavy steel structure installation, and marine work.

All employment offers are conditional upon a successful background check, drug screening, and relevant security clearance.

Position Details

This position is scheduled to run from March through July with an expected workload of 50–60 hours per week. Additional projects nationwide may be available.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Install, maintain, and work with cable tray systems and cabling.
• Perform control wiring and terminations with accuracy and quality.
• Complete required project documentation and field reports.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Assist with planning and layout of daily electrical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Compensation Package
