Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with substantial public lands experience.
• Excellent public relations and communication skills for broad stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing real estate transactions and negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Manage the State Land Office section of the Division of State Lands and supervise State Land Agents.
• Plan, organize and direct property management, acquisition and disposal functions; supervise staff performance.
• Assist with biennial budget, prepare required reports for Legislature and other bodies.
