The Nevada Department of Transportation in Carson City, NV Right-Of-Way Division is hiring for a Senior Right-of-Way Agent in Carson City, NV. The position acquires and manages property rights for highway purposes in compliance with State and Federal regulations and the Uniform Act.

Coordinates with utility and railroad operators, negotiates with property owners, and prepare acquisition and property management agreements. Provides guidance and aids in training junior Right-of-Way Agents.

Competenze

• Two or more years of applicable experience as described in the job duties and graduation from high school or equivalent education.

• Review data accuracy and prepare necessary documents.
