• Support leaders through collaboration, coaching, and communication to build strong, future-focused teams.
• Lead development and enhancement of hospital programs, including therapy services, readiness programs, and cognitive remediation efforts.
• Assess and manage the complete operating budget while maintaining timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee departmental activities to ensure full compliance with standards, surveys, and certification requirements.
