Job summary

The Horsham Clinic in Ambler, PA, seeks a Director of Social Services for Child/Adolescent populations to provide administrative and clinical leadership. You will interview and hire, oversee staff development, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with facility goals and patient care standards.

Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will engage with executives and diverse teams to drive program needs, discharge planning and stakeholder

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC required.
• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Joint Commission, OMHSAS, DDAP experience required
• 5 years prior experience in a clinical management or supervisory role required
• Experience working within an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Experience working with a variety of children and adolescent populations
• Change Management experience preferred
• Strong oral and written skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strategic and empathetic decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the Clinical operations and oversight of inpatient units for child and adolescent populations
• Provide supervision, training and guidance to Social Services employees
• Coordinate, plan and implement social services processes and procedures across units
• Manage social services coverage for units
• Successful cross-functional collaboration between Nursing, Therapy/Counseling and other departments to ensure a positive patient experience
