Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Sr Product Analyst/Personal Insurance Product Analyst to support the Regional Product Management team across multiple states in the Northeast. You will analyze data, provide recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Personal Insurance initiatives.

The role combines independent work with collaboration, offering opportunities to influence rate revisions, regulatory alignment, and strategic programs while working in a hybrid or remote setup.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant Property & Casualty Analytical and/or Product experience with a strong focus on data analysis.
Intermediate Excel and data-driven decision making.
Experience presenting recommendations to peers and senior management.

Responsibilities

Deliver analysis and recommendations impacting growth and profitability across states/regions.
Collaborate with Product Region Lead and cross-functional teams to drive product strategies.
Engage with Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, Service and other partner areas to support initiatives.
Manage responsibilities for 2-3 states within the Northeast Region.
