Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant Property & Casualty analytics and/or product experience.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills using intermediate Excel.
• Experience with BI tools including Business Objects, ThoughtSpot or TM1 preferred.
• Ability to evaluate data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Bias for action with multi-tasking and business decision skills.
• Experience presenting to peers; senior management exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver analysis and recommendations impacting growth and profitability across states.
• Collaborate with Product Region Lead on activities driving results and regulatory compliance.
• Develop networks with Pricing Analytics, Performance Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, and Service.
• Manage responsibilities for 2-3 states within the Northeast Region.
