Qualifications

• A master's degree, or a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in student financial aid preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee state-funded scholarships and grants, including eligibility and fiscal management.
• Coordinate awarding and disbursement of state financial aid.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with state rules.
• Support the Manager with additional aid programs.
• Participate in financial aid presentations and professional development.
