Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring Regional Field Directors to oversee turf-level operations within state programs in Georgia. You will manage 10+ canvassers and team leads, recruit and train staff, and ensure daily production targets and data quality across your region.

The role requires relocation to the assigned area, in-state presence, and a mix of evenings and weekends due to field coverage. You will report to the State Field Director and drive program success through disciplined field

Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team; experience managing managers preferred.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadline; proficient with VAN/Votebuilder and standard field tools.
• Willing to relocate; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations for a region of 10+ canvassers and their team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads within your region.
• Execute the region's piece of the state staffing plan: set canvasser schedules, cover open turf, and verify canvasser hours daily.
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards in your region, including spot-checks and fraud prevention.
• Hold daily and weekly production goals; track performance and course-correct in-day.
• Coordinate with the operations team on recruitment pipeline and supply logistics for your region.
• Report regional numbers to the State Field Director on a daily cadence.
• Other duties as the program requires.

Job description

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring Regional Field Directors to run turf-level operations inside those programs. Each Regional Field Director owns a defined region within a state program, a team of 10-plus canvassers and their team leads, and is responsible for hitting door-count and quality targets in that region on a tight timeline. The role combines direct team management with operational discipline: recruiting and directing canvassers in your turf while maintaining the integrity of the data they produce. These are in-state positions; relocation is required. We operate in several states, and placement depends on the program.

The Details

• Salary: $6,500 per month

• Phone reimbursement: Monthly reimbursement for work-related phone use, up to $100/mo
• This position will be based in Georgia and will require in-person presence. Candidate must be in, or willing to relocate, to the area.
• Schedule: Full-time. Because you are directing a field team that works evenings and weekends, your hours will track the program and regularly fall outside a standard workday.
• Term: Position runs through November 2026
• Reports to: State Field Director
