Job summary

ESC2IS is seeking a Program Manager for State and Federal Programs to provide professional development and services, develop products, and lead special projects aligned with state and federal program requirements.

The role requires a Master's degree, a Texas teaching certificate, and at least 3 years of district-level experience in administration or coordination, with strong data interpretation and compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in appropriate use of fiscal and facility resources to support program goals and activities.
• Assists with effective operation of the center and pursues a common vision for the improvement of the center.
• Develops and participates in innovative practices and programs with the center, LEAs and other agencies.
• Observes ESC-2 policies, procedures, and professional practices.
• Participates in staff development activities, staff meetings and curriculum development activities as required or assigned.
• Performs related work as assigned.
