Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates Hunt Institute project(s) or program(s).
• Manages daily administrative components of program(s)/project(s).
• Define program goals, objectives, and success metrics, aligning with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Manage program budgets within constraints.
• Create agendas, identify speakers, track registration, and oversee events.
• Lead program evaluation and post-program reviews.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Identify improvements to support state early learning education and policy.
• Ensure schedules enable active participation by elected officials.
• Provide grant deliverable details for reports and applications.
• Perform all related duties as assigned.
