Avina of Pewaukee is hiring Certified Medication Assistant (CMT) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time and part-time roles. You will administer medications, support daily living, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure resident safety and comfort.

We seek compassionate team players with Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing and completion of the State Medication Administration Training.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF).

Responsabilités

Current Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr.)

• NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr.)

What You’ll Do:

• Administer Medications with Care: Use your specialized training to ensure safe and accurate medication administration.

• Be a Trusted Advocate: Observe, identify, and communicate changes in residents’ health to the nursing team.

• Provide Comprehensive Care: Blend CNA skills with med tech expertise to support both daily living and medical needs.

• Promote Safety & Healing: Follow best practices in hygiene, safety, and medication management.

• Make a Daily Difference: Empower residents by supporting their independence, comfort, and well-being.

What You’ll Need:

• Active CNA certification (Wisconsin, in good standing)

• Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF)

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
