Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate Certified Medication Assistant (CMT) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals for full-time and part-time roles. You will administer medications, observe residents, and support the nursing team to deliver safe, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Wisconsin, in good standing).
• Successful completion of the State Medication Administration Training Program (NOT CBRF).

Current Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$3.00/hr.)

• NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$3.00/hr.)
