Job summary

Avina of Pewaukee is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-Time and Part-Time roles across all shifts. You will provide hands-on care under nurse supervision, assist with daily activities, monitor health, and document care while supporting residents’ dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with daily needs including bathing, dressing, eating, oral hygiene, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior.
• Respond quickly and compassionately to call lights.
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Accurately document cares provided.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time/Part-Time All Shifts

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs with shift differential for PM (2nd) Shift and NOC (3rd) Shift. New CNAs are encouraged to apply!

Current Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:15 AM- 2:15 PM
• 2nd Shift 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (+$2.00 differential)
• NOC Shift: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM (+$2.00 differential)

As a CNA at Avina, You Will:

• Provide hands-on care under nurse supervision.
