• Five years experience working in state authorizations or related regulatory field.
• Administrative experience overseeing operations in a Higher Education environment.
• Broad knowledge and experience with regulations and laws addressing state authorization rules governing postsecondary distance education and physical presence across relevant US jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills at a high management level.
• Ability to design and carry out a multifaceted communications program and training workshops.
• Ability to mediate conflict and manage stakeholders with empathy.
