Qualifications

• Five years experience working in state authorizations field, higher education regulatory compliance, professional licensure background or equivalent.
• Administrative experience, overseeing operations in a Higher Education environment.
• Broad knowledge and experience with regulations and laws addressing state authorization rules governing postsecondary distance education and physical presence across relevant US. Jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills at a high management level. Ability to design and carry out a multifaceted communications program.
• Ability to effectively conduct training and education programs workshops and other presentations for small and large groups.
• Ability to effectively mediate conflict and communicate across constituencies while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Ability to manage stakeholders who have strong disagreements in policy procedure and structure.
