Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an external or internal auditor/IT auditor
• Public accounting, not-for-profit, higher education and/or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to plan and conduct complex audit/advisory projects
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and information technology
• Apply established internal auditing standards in audits and advisory work
• Design clear audit procedures addressing objectives
• Effective communication with auditee personnel at all levels
• Awareness of emerging internal audit trends and standards
• Ability to collaborate with team members and manage timelines
• Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership
• Experience supervising team members and producing clear audit reports
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and Microsoft tools or AI tools (preferred)
