Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking STAT LPNs to support patients throughout Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties in New Jersey. You will join a high‑skilled nursing team for 4–6 weeks with patients transitioning from hospital to home, delivering one‑on‑one care and documenting orders precisely.

Responsibilities include assessments, condition monitoring, and post‑shift reporting. Shifts are 12‑hour blocks, with weekend requirements and travel to homes across multiple counties.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Nursing license in good standing.
• CPR Certified.
• Willingness to work across Morris, Sussex, & Warren Counties.
• Willingness to work with all ages; Infant through Geriatric.
• One year of RN experience.
• Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience with infants, pediatrics, and adults.
• Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week.
• Commitment to work one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document clients' conditions and progress.
• Provide hands-on nursing care in home settings.
• Follow doctors' orders and ensure care plans are executed accurately.
• Travel to clients' homes and stay with a single client for assigned shifts.
