Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking Private Duty STAT RNs for high‑acuity home care across Morris, Sussex, and Warren counties. You will join a dedicated team delivering one‑on‑one in‑home nursing for new admissions and ongoing cases, ensuring careful assessments and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• NJ Nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to work across multiple counties.
• One year of RN experience.
• Hands‑on tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Commitment to two 12‑hour shifts per week.
• Commitment to work one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations and interventions.
• Travel to clients’ homes and provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in‑h ome and in‑school settings as needed.
• Execute and document doctors' orders and ensure care plans are followed.
