• Screen experience and interest, and submit accurate candidate summaries against searches.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with the recruiting team and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain candidate consent, submission ownership, and clean pipeline records.
• Share search feedback and protect confidential employer and candidate information.
