You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while maintaining confidentiality and clean pipeline records. You’ll work with the recruiting team to define requisitions and evaluate candidates against agreed criteria.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing and recruiting experience with completed searches.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to explain prior work without sharing confidential information.
• Familiarity with the startup and professional-services ecosystem in the target city (San Francisco).

Responsibilities

• Apply experience in full-cycle searches across startup functions to the agreed work.
• Clarify the approved requisition, must-have qualifications, location, and evaluation criteria.
• Source relevant professionals through appropriate research, professional networks, and permission-based outreach.
• Screen experience and interest, and submit accurate candidate summaries against an actual assigned search.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with the recruiting team and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain candidate consent, submission ownership, and clean pipeline records.
• Share search feedback and protect confidential employer and candidate information.
