Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong GMP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CMC development and pharma regulations knowledge required.
• 10+ years in the industry with 5+ years in program management.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple cross-functional teams for complex program implementations, managing strategy, execution and budget.
• Define program strategy and timelines, covering technical and regulatory requirements for regulatory approvals.
• Evaluate contingency plans and risk management strategies.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and to Senior Leader stakeholders.
• Lead team discussions to resolve issues and align on program execution.
• Define budget requirements and report monthly actuals, LBE, and Plan/LRP schedules.
